Expert Repairs and Maintenance from a Name you can Trust

My Services

I Specialize in small jobs that large Contractors can’t be bothered with. I work alone and am meticulous about details and cleanliness.

Carpentry

I have thousands of hours installing flooring, cabinets, doors/trim, siding and decking. I am a capable framer and have built many decks, pergolas, railings and stairs. With this experience comes the knowledge of how to properly repair these things; including making sure of building code compliance/safety, estimating/material take-offs, using established connections at suppliers and preforming work safely/efficiently.

Exterior Repairs

Starting out as a plasterer (stucco) and eventually becoming an exterior contractor provided me with knowledge of building envelopes, water egress and building codes. I can confidently assess leaks and repair roofing, flashing, windows, doors, siding, masonry, stucco and decks.

Interior Repairs

You name it, I can fix it. Flooring repair, tile repair, appliance installation, door repair/installation, hanging TV’s, drywall/paint repairs, etc. I also offer small electrical and plumbing services. I will replace fixtures and assess problems (GCFI not working, plugged drains, etc.). I know the codes, and my limits and will never agree to preform work that is illegal or unsafe.

My Clients

Homeowners

I have been helping homeowners for years with small projects that most companies will not even bother getting back to them for. Whether its changing a light fixture, fixing a gate or drywall and paint repair; I do the type of jobs larger businesses will not. Generally my clients are professionals whose time is better spent doing what they are great at, rather that learning DIY home repairs. Over the years I have built trusting relationships with my clients, after all, inviting someone new in to your home is not something that should be taken lightly.

Property Managers / Realtors

I love to help my friends in property management and real estate. I will always make time to do that small repair that keeps the cash flowing or fix the deficiency that could otherwise prevent a sale. These people understand the importance of maintaining relationships, I have found that the best way to do that is by doing exactly what I say I will do, when I say I will do it and not wasting the precious time of busy professionals.

Builders

Through working for builders as a contractor, site superintendent and project manager I have developed a unique insight in to what builders need. There are just certain things that need to be done that fall outside of the scope of the traditional trades. Maybe it’s drywall backing, repairing damages, knocking off deficiency lists or maybe it’s to complete changes quickly that would otherwise impact the schedule. I have several builders that use my services when they are in a bind and need things done right.
